Arriving by plane? Akureyri airport is your destination!
You’ll find the Kiwanis welcome desk at the airport, located in the arrival hall.
Kiwanis volunteers will point you in the right direction.
Shuttles are available upon arrival of all flights from Wednesday till Friday. These will take you to the centre of Akureyri. There are several stops. You can get off at hotel Berjaya, hotel Kjarnalundur, hotel KEA and hotel Akureyri.
Shuttles are also available for departure to the airport on Sunday 18 May.
The number of flights departing from Akureyri is known. People will be picked up 2.5 hours before departure from the 4 hotels already mentioned.

Arriving by car?
Some people will choose to extend their visit to Iceland and will arrive in Akureyri by car.
